Where shall I start, after trying for years to loose weight and getting to nearly 20st, I started to train with Abs.
The training is hard and she definitely pushes you to your limits, but what’s the point of training if your not going to do that?
I’ve now been training with her for about 5 months a couple of days per week, my fitness has improved far beyond what I thought was possible and I’ve lost 4st. But I’ve lost it properly, maintaining is easy from here.
I now enjoy training and look forward to seeing what Abs has in store for me.

Lost count how many sessions Sue Scholan and I have done, but I have have to say, what a remarkable difference Abs is making to the both of us, such a lovely young lady with an outstanding professional ethos to training, every session is a beasting but it's what we wanted, she pushes us to our limits. Sue has never been to a gym before but she is smashing it, all down to Abs consistently encouraging us.
